Job: Organizer and Communications Manager

Show Me Integrity, Missouri’s new cross-partisan political reform organization, is seeking a quick-learning, multitalented Organizer and Communications Manager to mobilize Missourians to support our mission of accountable government. The Organizer and Communications Manager will work in tandem with our Policy Director to run aggressive campaigns to fight for an effective government of, by, and for the people. As a member of a small launch team, a successful Organizer and Communications Manager must be able to learn and deploy multiple skills and wear several hats to build this movement. Areas of focus will be written communication, digital organizing, and outreach to community stakeholders.


  • Manage relationships with community stakeholders

  • Manage some offline as well as online organizing, including emails, website, and social media content

  • Draft op-eds, grant proposals, and other written materials

  • Help with organizational operations


  • Excellent writing ability

  • Knowledge of local and/or state politics in Missouri

  • Ability to think strategically and work in coalition with people and organizations of diverse backgrounds and experiences, across the political spectrum

  • Ability to travel to meetings around the state

  • Have your own portable computer

  • Strong sense of aesthetics for design


  • Payment commensurate with experience and hours

Show Me Integrity is a new, fiercely cross-partisan organization dedicated to political reform. Show Me Integrity and its supporters will run campaigns to pass desperately needed reforms that create an effective government of, by, and for the people. Our supporters include leading figures across the state and across the political spectrum.

We plan to run campaigns to accomplish the following:

  • Empower everyday Missourians in the political process

  • Focus on solutions, not divisiveness and partisanship
